JIF – Junior Investigators’ Forum


JIF is a group of junior research investigators in the Department of Radiology at UCSF. We are comprised of postdocs, specialists, research scientists and assistant adjunct professors. JIF meets monthly to discuss issues relevant to those embarking on an academic career. We provide peer review of grants, we discuss career advancement concerns such as independence, visibility, publications, mentoring and service, and we present and discuss our research.
